Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

We want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

2021 found us right in the middle of where God wanted us to be for this part of our journey. We were so blessed to see so many prayers answered that our prayer team had been praying for some, since 2016. God continued to delay in some areas and then, He opened up doors in others, many that we never thought possible.

We found ourselves blessed with provision, then we got to see creative minds coming together learning and honing new crafts. Every time there was a need, God would provide. This year would allow us to create, design and build for the future through sets, costumes, equipment and new recruits, knowing a little more about our destination than we did last year.

We continued to learn a little more about patience and timing, knowing that God’s timing is very different than ours. We sometimes would watch helplessly, as our team/family members would each face different battles this year from diagnosis of unwanted Dr.s reports, to the loss of family members, loss of friends, transitional seasons and other trials by fire moments.

But through it all, God was and is faithful! And these moments continue to work for the good according to His purpose.. And we are seeing miracles and God’s glory being beautifully displayed through these wonderful people. And our prayer continues to be that God elevates them for kingdom work so that others may know Him to the fullest.

When will we wrap up Everlasting Hope? ………Well, our response is from what God is showing us. We hope it takes years…..But all of this is up to God in the end. We are positioned for more to become of this project/projects and we are praying for one more big need to make this all possible. When God supplies this need, we are going to move forward not a second sooner.

Our mission all along has been to create a nest so that new things can be birthed, broken wings can be mended and then to return to flight. We wanted to first serve from our own backyard before we went to someone else's front yard. God allowed us to do just that from Sparrows Cottage. Little did we know what would follow or how many people would experience being a part of our little nest.

To all of you that are a part of this unique experiment in ministry and approach. My wife and I want to say Thank You…and that We Love You and each day find ourselves in amazement as to why God chose us for a time such as this. If God can use us, I know that He can use you!

So we celebrate God’s faithfulness and wonders of 2021 and we look to 2022 with great anticipation that God will finish this great work to which He has started!

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15:13
